The staff was courteous and provided all necessary information, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Housekeeping maintained the rooms well, keeping both the room and bathroom clean throughout my stay.The hotel's location near the metro station and Gare de l'Est train station was convenient, allowing for easy access to various parts of the city. The room, although recently renovated, had a modern and clean aesthetic, offering ample storage space and a spacious bathroom. Amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV were appreciated.While the hotel may not offer luxurious amenities like a bar/lounge area or express check-in/out, it provides good value for money considering its proximity to transportation hubs and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. It's important to note that this hotel caters more towards budget-conscious travelers, so expectations should be aligned accordingly.
